Starbucks

I came to Starbucks Tuesday evening and it was a great experience, I got to meet Luis, Nash and Kat. They were very friendly and my drink tasted excellent. Luis was very friendly and professional. Along with the other staff members, I haven’t had great experiences before but this one was phenomenal I had to leave a review. P.S the drink tasted amazing.

My regular visit, although extremely busy this morning, was still great. The girl barista Michelle was making drinks solo and handled everything impressively with her multitasking. 100% recommended.

Around 8:30 AM I was followed by a homeless man on my way to the subway and felt unsafe. I came into this Starbucks and the staff immediately stepped in to help me. I’m very grateful for their quick and caring response. Great team and thank you for keeping me safe.

Normally I'm not a fan of Starbucks but a lovely lady at this place had completely changed my opinion of this coffee brand. Yesterday (January 19), I had to meet up with a client so I went to this location but did not order anything during the whole time not until after my client left. Because of the fact that I was being diabetic, I had difficulty on getting anything but the server (whose name was called Nash if I heard that correctly) did offer a whole lot of choices for me so I ordered a simple cup of vanilla latte (with fake sugar as mentioned by her) assuming that I ordered a cold brew but my tongue was burnt immediately after taking a big zip of the coffee. So I asked the same server again whether she could just add some ice for me in my latte or not. To my surprise, Nash took my lat

5 reasons why I would come back to this Starbucks instead of my home location: Cece Cece Cece Cece Cece Cece was outstanding! Her customer service was everything and she did it with a genuine smile. Our interaction felt personal. She went out of her way to locate the reusable cup I wanted and she served my coffee with friendly energy. She used my name and the entire experience felt like being served by a small neighborhood barista who knows your favorite coffee and takes pride in taking care of her customers. This level of customer service is rare, and she reminded me that there are people who can restore my faith in great service. Cece, you rock!
