I want to share what happened today. I know my accent is not perfect, but I explained my order many times and the girl still didn’t listen to me. She made the drink completely wrong. I asked her to make a different one, but she wasn’t willing to help, and she didn’t apologize. I ended up leaving without the drink. I really love coming here and I appreciate everyone, but this situation with her was very disappointing.

Thank you Starbucks for taking care of veterans on Veterans Day! And thank you Claire! You were so nice! Helped out a smile on my face!

Can you please for the love of God hire more staff at this Starbucks?? Everytime I come in here there's only one person working who has to take all the orders and make all the orders. There was only two people infront of me in line today and I've been waiting a half hour for one drink! This is absolutely ridiculous.

No strawberry acai when there’s many items on the menu that use that. Then I said I’ll just take a cake pop and she didn’t ring it up until I asked after we got another drink. Service was okay, it was quick. Wasn’t very kind.

The cashier was good and helpful. No bad for being inside the store..
