Starbucks

I asked for a banana bread matcha with light ice and soy milk. What I received is below, major clump’s of matcha powder everywhere in the drink and half the cup filled with ice. Since they can’t read the sticker I couldn’t even trust that it was made with soy milk so I had to discard anyways.

Rowen has the most absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! I am so grateful that I came to this location! It's a gloomy looking day outside......and she most definitely brought the sunshine!!! Thank you so much!

I have been coming to this location almost daily since it opened. I love dining in and watching how much fun the Baristas have while doing their jobs. They are very friendly, attentive and enjoy what they do. The service is fast and the coffee is even better when you dine in and get a ceramic cup. Feels like home! The current Manager is so loved by her team and she has impeccable people skills. I’ve sat and visited with so many people who say the same thing. Even our local High school boys meet there to share time together before school. Kudos to everyone at this store.

This Starbucks consistently exceeds expectations, whether you’re using the drive-through or enjoying the cozy interior. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you feel at home and appreciated. If you find yourself having a tough day, I highly recommend stopping by this local Starbucks; they have a knack for turning things around. Even during peak hours, they prioritize your experience, ensuring you feel valued and well-looked after. I always choose this particular Starbucks over others because of the exceptional team and the inviting atmosphere they create.

The staff at this Starbucks are so friendly and care about their customers. It’s so much more than just the coffee or the menu items. It’s the experience…the atmosphere. Whether driving through or coming inside they work so hard to not only deliver what you ordered in a timely way but to make sure they ask about your day as well. Having been to many different locations across the country…this one in Lee’s Summit is definitely the best!
