Starbucks

Worst tasting Starbucks drink I've ever had. No flavor whatsoever compared to the same drink at other locations. (White Chocolate Mocha) For reference. Mcdonald's across the street will make you a better drink than these guys.

The entire staff is so warm and welcoming when you come in. The service is fast and friendly. I am so grateful to have this establishment in the community to spend coffee dates with my family and friends.

​​I stopped in to grab a drink and get some work done. Everything was great until the managers arrived. Unfortunately, their presence completely changed the atmosphere. They were speaking loudly and openly criticizing the new baristas. Keep in mind, they are still in training at the store, as it has only been open a week. It was also interesting to overhear a very casual, very public conversation about firing an employee, delivered with little to no regard for professionalism or basic decency. I’m sure that wasn’t the impression the store was hoping to leave on customers. I truly hope management can work on being more mindful of their surroundings and the example they set, especially in a public space meant to feel welcoming. My drink was great and the baristas were so nice! However, my friend and I were trying to work and two of the managers were sitting at the table behind us. They were loud, and extremely negative when speaking about their employees. They were complaining about college students taking off for spring break and overall were speaking very poorly of the new baristas. They were talking about firing a girl very loudly. I understand the stress of opening a new store, but I think new employees need some grace and more supportive management. As a customer, this is not a very good look and I hope in the future management can become more positive, at least when speaking so openly in the middle of the store where plenty of customers are present.
