Starbucks

I ordered for my staff a few weeks ago and Alana and Lily were the sweetest! They not only labeled each item, but they added little stars, hearts, smiley faces, etc to each of our cups! In the middle of a long shift, it made such a nice touch. The ladies were very helpful and respectful at pickup as well, making sure the ordering process went smoothly. Group orders can be difficult, but they handled it efficiently and with ease.

Angie and her crew are amazing! I spilled my morning coffee outside my car so I came back in around noon to get another one (it’s Monday and I needed the caffeine) and I was just joking with them how I spilled it and needed another and she gave me my second coffee on the house!! That was really amazing customer service I didn’t expect it but I APPRECIATE IT!!! Thank you very much. I’m one happy customer! Highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. I asked for specific things to be added to the coffee and they back talked on why I would add sugar to an iced coffee. It wont resolve he said. Listen do your job and don't question people's orders. 2 times now I have had terrible customer service. Oh and they have no straws for whatever reason. Ill drive to the southside from now on

I ordered a pink drink in the drive thru. It tasted like lemonade so I asked them to remake it. The employee didn’t shake it in a shaker like you’re supposed to and barely added any coconut milk. I am really disappointed. The lady was rude and I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me. I would rather go to the Starbucks in hyvee than go to this one again. I wish the employee would have taken her time to put in the shaker as they were not busy at all. I am a barista and I know the proper beverage crating routine and this was disappointing.

Coffee is not that good. Especially for the price. Believe it or not... McDonald's has much better coffee and at a fraction of the cost. However, I've tried them all, and "Uncommon Grounds" has the best coffee in Indianola.
