Starbucks

Commenters forget that they make $18/hr while you order and sip on a coffee that is $9-$10. Service will get better. The baristas I’ve dealt with may not have greeted right away, but were very polite when I asked if someone could take my order. Being a polite customer goes a long way. If you don’t have the patience, McDonald’s is up the street. I commend these employees for continuing to do the job with a smile on their face knowing that they had some difficult customers. Again, service will get better, drinks will be made right and there will be a flow. Let them get the hang of it first, they opened in January.

This new Starbucks is amazing. It's a great place to make new friends and hang out with people. Holden MA needed a Starbucks. Starbucks is needed by a lot of younger people and it's great. If you live in Rutland or Holden MA this place is way closer than the Gardner Starbucks or sometimes the Belchertown location. If you live in Rutland or Holden please stop by. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable here. I was the only customer at the counter at 11am on a Friday. No staff members acknowledged me, no one told me they would be with me shortly, no one even made eye contact. One girl was hustling, handling the drive through solo like a champ. Props to her 👏🏼👏🏼 There was another girl that took the longest I have ever seen putting a trash bag in the can while enjoying her convo with the girl at the register I was waiting at. The girl at the register simply continued her conversation with trash girl and an off the clock employee on the other side of the counter. When they naturally wrapped up, still with no acknowledgement, she went to warm something up for the off the clock employee and stood at the oven waiting for it to finish for the whole minute an

I did a mobile order for two drinks and two food items the food was fine except they forgot the sriracha sauce and one of the drinks a gingerbread chai was made with whipped cream (which tasted like it was made wrong) instead of cold foam which is annoying because I'm paying for the cold foam. Also they just added the gingerbread to the chai which is not how you're supposed to do it (I was a barista at Starbucks) and then the barista gave me a grande and a venti straw when I got two venti drinks so they got some work to do.
