Starbucks

I have NOT drink one sip from the coffe in the picture! This is the 4th time I get a venti latte halfway full…. I usually order grande but with the cold I like to sip on my coffe and reheat if I need to so it last me the whole morning…. In this Starbucks location I will not do that again… they always fill it only halfway. Super angry at this. Is not cheap coffee they should scam you like that.

Roxanne and Lauren are, without a doubt, the best baristas and shift leads in the entire RGV. From the moment you walk in, their customer service is unmatched. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Store isn't closed till 12, its 11:25 and we waited at the drive thru for 5 mins, nothing was being told no apologies of them being closed or at least notified about being closed. Got down and all doors were locked. Not even that when I always get a hot drink or a cold matcha its like my drink has Evaporated in air. My cups are always half way full. What a shame 🫠. We always come here due to the fact we literally live 2 mins away. This starbucks is such a disappointment and they need to do better and stay on time.

Pros: it’s close to me Cons: very inconsistent in how they make the drinks and the service. Sometimes I get good cappuccino and sometimes it’s just a $1 dollar worth coffee. Sometime I get asked if I want a sleeve and stopper. Other times I have to ask for them.

This Starbucks location has the slowest moving drive thru line out of any Starbucks I've been to. Yes other Starbucks get pretty long lines too but they at least keep you moving. Not here. They are so slow at getting people out of there with their drinks. It's ridiculous. Im from Hidalgo and sometimes I just go to the Starbucks on 10th and Expressway instead. I can't wait for them to build that new Dunkin.
