Starbucks

I had wonderful customer service from all 3 baristas working today (Saturday)! Just wanted to give them props. I had 2 drinks added to a drive-up target order, and one drink was accidentally made iced instead of hot. Not a big deal. I went in to ask for a hot one (it was for my son). They were SO kind about it, and they even threw in a banana bread for him to apologize! They were lovely.

Very clean, no waiting in line. There was 2 very friendly girl when I was there. “Shockingly” they got the order right (other Starbucks 98% mistakes in LA) since I ask my coffee kids temp + whipped cream (I know not that difficult) I was super lucky 🍀 they still had my favorite seasonal the chestnuts praline. 😍 I went in thinking it will be 5-10min and actually I was just in and out in no time with the perfect coffee ☕️ thank you 🙏🏼

The guy working today gave me the wromg drink and I let it slide then i went home and noticed he didn't even give me the right sandwich either, i work hard to pay for the things the I want , my money is good and the service should be too this isn't the first time they mess up my order. I understand he was alone and probably felt rushed but get it together!

This person who was working there was so rude. He heard my order incorrectly but he showed frustration at me. He yelled at me and argued “noyou ordered this” when he was wrong. I tried to be nice and took the wrong drink but he continued to shake his head while preparing another drink. He didn’t close the lid properly and caused me to spill coffee in my car. He even forgot to give me a straw for my other drink. I don’t think I will ever go back.

Abby is an amazing barista! She always makes my drinks perfect and is so sweet! Love it here :)
