Despite being in a Harris Teeter, this was one of the cleanest, neatly organized and best experiences I’ve had. Sonya is clearly a professional and even though her fellow employees had not shown up to work yet and she was by herself I still received my order faster than I ever have. Superior service with a smile, what more could you ask for? I hope Starbucks knows what a valuable team member they have here.

Great customer service at this location- a big shout-out to SONYA, who is an extremely professional, exceptionally nice and always smiling barista! Standard Starbucks fare but with an island attitude! Everything it's easy on the island. Come get a cup, hang out, make a new friend. All walks, all life! It's island time, not big city time. And that's the way we like it! Come back and stay longer next time. Leave the city behind.

Manager left girl working who did not know how to fully work register alone. We have been waiting for about 15 minutes for a refund with no end in sight. I have never been to a starbucks before that doesnt train their staff.

Sonya was so nice and doing the best she can. The only apparent adult Capable of doing any work there today apparently. Thanks Sonya, keep holding it down!
