Starbucks

Came to the Starbucks and ordered a Venti drink and unfortunately, she only gave me half of what actually comes in a Venti size how the half was straight sweet cold from just because I’m using my points doesn’t mean I only want half the drink. Also, this one doesn’t even have an oven so they don’t even have options for food.

Great service but I was craving a frappe and they were out of whip cream. It seems every time I come to a Starbucks inside target they are always out of whip cream. However, I enjoyed my macchiato w/coconut milk.

The young lady at the register was so helpful and nice but the young man with the long hair was very rude. It seems like he didn’t want to be bothered. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and he threw it on the counter. I was pretty much done when he did that. I’ve never seen this kind of bad customer service at Starbucks. I will not come back to this location.

Very nice customer service as you can get good information on the drinks and recommendations based on the Baristas experience. I really liked coming here when I'm able to and the location stays super busy. I appreciate all the workers there! I know they work very hard. Update from a year ago: I don't come to this location as often as I did previously. I had came to get a frappuccino over the summer last year. I had noticed that there wasn't enough mocha and I let the store know that. I almost was late to work upon having them fix my order. They seem very annoyed that I mentioned that I don't think they made it right. Seemed very passive aggressive. They make sure to tell me to get more pumps in my coffee. Get triple mocha they said. Pretty lame for Starbucks, just one power outlet and they did not even have their own WiFi or any music.
