Starbucks

Horrible experience!!!! It's Saturday, expected to wait in drive thru line, maybe not for 30 minutes, but I did. Just had surgery, so was in my jammies, got to the window, and the girl refused my money, indicating it was counterfeit. I said it's all I have. Again, making me feel like a criminal, told me to go to the gas station and wait in line again. What?? I left, went straight to the bank, and they laughed and said it was not counterfeit. I will never go to Starbucks in Fairfield again!!

Customer service in the drive through is always good as for my experience.If orders are incorrect,which does not happen very often,they are corrected with no push back.No one is perfect but Jesus. I'm grateful for their awesome service.

So I usually really like this Starbucks, but it Seems like they hired younger people that are new and immature. So I drive through the drive-through about 15 minutes before they close and I asked the girl do you guys still have the baked apple pastry and another pastry and they said yeah we have both by the time I get to the window. This young African American girl is looking through the window and just staring doesn’t even open the window and is acting like they’re in high school then a blonde chick comes up and says oh I’m sorry we don’t have those pastries,so I say so you just made me wait here up at the window and you couldn’t say that when I was Ordering at the speaker, you guys should check and see if you have it. I don’t want to waste my money where there’s immature people

This is by far the best Starbucks experience. My family and I arrived as soon as they opened- to be greeted by friendly individuals. You can tell they all took pride in their work- the facility was clean and their service exceeded all expectations. Their kindness and professionalism is appreciated by us and should be acknowledged by corporate.

Ordered grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew, Absolutely nothing vanilla about the coffee I receive or sweet. Taste like half and half and espresso, just bland! Looking forward to this and just completely disappointed, do better.
