Starbucks

I was super tired this morning, but still in a decent mood trying to stay my usual positive self, so I placed a mobile order and went in store to pick up. Destiny helped me with my drinks (I had to make a last minute change to one) and she had THE BEST energy! She is so positive, vibrant, and easy to talk to. She really made my morning! She even wrote a special note on my coworkers cup, who was having a rough morning. Definitely will be returning to this location. The customer service is outstanding!

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks that ive ever been to. I’m not the type to write reviews however the staff is so incredibly rude. I’m not sure the baristas name but she had awful lipstick I think she could’ve been the shift leader. Gave me my drink 1/4th of the way empty. It was a latte so I asked for more milk and she refused and told me I could leave. No apology for making the drink poorly. Just extremely bad customer service. I’ve never had a problem at any other Starbucks. I think it’s crazy to charge that much and to not even fill the drink up fully. It’s such a shame it’s a good area for a Starbucks.

Staff was fabulous. Tried a protein latte but did not like the taste. Since I don’t put flavor in my latte there was nothing to cover it. The server asked how it was and graciously replaced it!

The staff at this Starbucks are fabulous except for the "shiftleader" I had a problem before with an order that was incorrect. She explained 3 times to me in a very condescending voice how to order what I wanted and told me she would not correct my current order if I did not listen to her. Mind you my attitude never changed until she raised her voice at me. I put that experience off as she was having a bad day. Today, same "shift leader" wrong drink, I went in to get it corrected. She said "aren't you Doria with 2 orders", I said no I'm Jo. She told me she didn't have an order for my drink, and asked me if I did mobile, I said no I was in the drive-through. I tried to lighten the mood with a little chit-chat while the barista was making my correct drink. She snapped at me......."she's fix

When it was announced that a new Starbucks would be coming into Morgantown, it caught my attention. After going here multiple times, I'd say that this is a solid restaurant. Nothing wonderfully good or bad to say about the place. The Chai lattes and egg bites are decent, and the staff is polite for the most part.
