Starbucks

As a mall employee myself and my coworkers order frequently here. Since the renovation last summer the service and quality has tanked. Workers are beyond slow and are rude. Most recently I waited for 20 minutes for an Iced Peach Green Tea that was made incorrectly and the staff told me they would not remake it because they knew it was made correctly.

So my next purchase from here was so good. I won't be making it a habit for coming here but maybe once in a while. Today I tried a Venti Caramel Crunch Frappe it was so delicious I could kind of taste a bit of coffee but it wasn't over powering which was really good. I also got a banana nut slice of bread warmed up it was so delicious. I am glad I got to try something new. I recommend if you are wanting to try for the first time it really is so good. 10 out of 10 what I got today.

Absolutely awful. Ordered and waited for 20 minutes. People who ordered after me got their drinks first. It was a Strawberry açaí. My mom got her drink first, after 10 minutes. maybe if they moved with a sense of urgency it would’ve been quicker.

Quite literally took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks. Had 5 workers and many customers behind me got their drinks before me.

Starbucks is a great place for coffee. The service is fast and the lines move quickly. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is fun. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and some friendly service, Starbucks is the place to go. Prices are reasonable, and the baristas are always polite
