Look I appreciate the staff but… yall need to do better.. I don’t understand how you don’t feel the difference between a full cup and half a cup… I order a venti latte and this how much foam was at the top that I had to take out.. It feels and looks like someone took a big sip of it.. Paid for a venti latte and got a size filled up as a grande….

Always a great experience at this Starbucks! The drinks are consistently made perfectly, the store is clean and welcoming, and the baristas are incredibly friendly and efficient—even during busy rushes. Orders are accurate, service is quick, and they always greet you with a smile. It’s the perfect stop whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or staying to relax. Highly recommend!

I sent in a mobile order through the Starbucks app at 12:52pm on 12/11. I arrived to the location when the app notified me that my order was ready. I walked in and part of my order was on the stand waiting for me but I was missing one of the drinks. I stood back and gave the staff a chance to see if they were backed up. 10 mins passed. There was a very unpleasant and unfriendly employee who kept putting orders on the counter once completed but never once asked me how I was doing or if I was waiting for something which you could clearly see I was. Never once asked me or looked at me. Another employee was just refilling cups and stocking a cabinet. Never addressed me. I finally went to the front counter where you were order and the woman at the register greeted me and I told her I was missin

First of all let’s start with I am not a person to complain or leave a bad review unless it’s truly warranted. The Starbucks in East Greenwich, in my opinion has always been the worst one I’ve ever been to as far as the employees and their professionalism. Every time I’ve ever went there the employees are young (which is of course fine) but they were also very immature, as I’m cashing out they’re legitimately telling each other how immature they are to each other, and they definitely do not make their drinks the way the rest of the stores do, so I usually end up throwing them away and try to avoid this store. However, that has never been enough for me to leave a review but let me tell you, the other day I went through their drive thru and now granted it was Christmas Day totally understand

I love Starbucks but this particular store is horrible. They were cleaning up the restuarant like an hour and a half early so there was no place to sit. They were so anxious to leave right when the store closed they were mopping all around my family's feet. It was weird! All three employees seemed miserable...this is the only Starbucks I've seen run like this. The manager Ann was exactly the same! Avoid!
