Starbucks

I ordered a simple coffee and croissant, left a $10 tip out of courtesy — and was met with pure rudeness. The way the staff spoke and behaved was absolutely disrespectful. If this is how you treat paying customers, especially those who tip generously, it’s a disgrace. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and entitled behavior for such basic service. Shameful

This is an edit of a previous post about cream cheese (ended up just being me not knowing how to use the app, my fault). However, the other day I went to pick up an order and I asked if they had any and the girl behind the counter said “no, we never got any” and just then a guy also working behind the counter walked by and was drinking out of one. Then today, my coworkers and I placed an order and I went to go pick it up. We both ordered iced caramel macchiatos. The gal making drinks accidentally made my coworkers hot and went to remake it. She was making my drink and my coworkers drink simultaneously and again, it was the same drink. I came to order a iced coffee on a Sunday evening, not very busy and got a blonde iced espresso. The coffee tasted really good, no complaints. The cashier was kind and quickly made my coffee but only thing I'd have to say was the dirty tables and floor when I walked inside. This Starbucks must do better keeping clean. On several times I would notice uncleaned tables so I recommend to take your order to go.

Good store, we stopped by to get coffee and butter croissant. The service is okayish, you would have to wait for a phone order as they are usually busy. Also, I didn’t like that my coffee took longer to be made while the warmed croissant was sitting there and it turned cold by the time coffee was ready, they need to improve their service.

OK! This must be said. If I wasn't pressed for time driving to avoid the baybridge traffic, I would have turned around and told these two ladies that "This was the best coffee that I have ever had!" It was a hot, vente, pumkin spice latte with 4 extra shots, and a little ice, so I could start drinking it right away. Thank you ladies!
