Starbucks drive thru

Dear Starbucks, I wish you would hire people who are more qualified than these young little kids that know absolutely nothing about business. I was attended today by young black male with his hair, all frizzy, and looks like you haven’t been up, kept or even wearing a hairnet, and when I gave them my drink, it had a hair in it, and it look like an African-American hair, and they refused to give me a new drink I felt disgusted. They should really do something about these young kids, and the fact that they have no idea that there should be wearing a hairnet

Not filled up my drink halfway it tasted terrible it was an awful experience with a place I usually liked
