Understaffed and some of the workers are rude. Limited selection of items and little customizability--even for the basic items. They do a good job though with the drinks, so I'll give them that. EDIT: Now this place turned into a cheesy-coffee shop that no one wants. We want better service, better options, and your staff needs to be nice. Also don't make everything 10x more expensive than a vending machines across the hall. Still awful, not matter how "pretty" they make it.

Don’t hire enough staff this is the 10th time I’ve waited over an hour to get 1 coffee. If you have 11,000 students and at least 1,000 are coming in each day either hire more, stop taking online orders, or have a more organized system. For a $12 coffee I shouldn’t be waiting an hour each day.

Literally so rude. Messed up my order & told me to order a new drink. Absolutely pissed. Then I order a new drink and they didn’t even make it. Like what ?
