No matter what time of day my husband, Joe, and I come in — morning, afternoon, or evening — we are greeted by name with cheerful smiles and a genuinely warm welcome. Every single barista makes us feel seen and appreciated, and the consistency across all teams speaks volumes about the culture of this store. The kindness here is real and heartfelt, not scripted. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that keeps us coming back. It’s more than just great coffee — it’s the people. Use to be better. New workers some snubs. Great place for kids to hang out. The two managers “Two Ladies “are great if you need something. Last time I saw one of them being nice a very patient with a kid. 4 stars because the snubs and rolling eyes.

Even though I had a Starbucks email acknowledging my birthday with a free drink for this day only, the store’s system couldn’t seem to see it in the app. Rather than accepting the email as proof the store refused to honor the email and wanted to charge me for the drink. I think this is very poor customer service and it is unlikely that I will be returning to this Starbucks.

Thanks that I've spent many good visits here since recently living and attending graduate school in Bergen County area, with a good store configuration and quite descent popularity of studying and working in coffee shop setting. The yard slightly outdoor is well-configured with seating as well before the winter.

I visit Starbucks 3-6 times a week. This was my second time at this location and normally I don’t leave bad reviews if I’m disappointed. Everybody has bad days. But last time my order was wrong, no problem. This time I order something completely different. This is something I’ve ordered at other locations. I have NEVER seen so much ice in a cup. I paid $7 for ice. Normally there’s not much ice by the time Im done with the drink. I drank this down in two seconds. Obviously, there wasn’t enough oat milk in it because it was too much ice. And I didn’t realize until I was far so I couldn’t turn back around. What a waste of seven dollars absolutely ridiculous. I couldn’t tell how much ice was in it when the coffee was in it, As I started to drink it, I was like what is going on her
