The staff were so kind and checked if we needed anything. They let us enjoy our Bojangles with our Starbucks drinks and even left kind notes on our cups. Such a thoughtful and welcoming place!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks all because I ordered thru the mobile app and they thought I arrived too quickly at the drive through to pick it up. I was the only car in the line, no one before me or after me. Even though I said I would wait, I was berated and they told me they would just cancel my order. All of this was unprovoked, I was not rude and not holding anyone up. Just dumbfounded at how poorly I was made to feel all for this. Pulled up to the window only to see the person with the headset talking furiously about me. I believe it was a manager who gave me my coffee and she apologized and said they were stressed out that day and short-staffed and had just had a rush before I arrived. I order Starbucks at least several times per week but rarely from this

It's a new Starbucks, the staff is nice but might be very new at making Starbucks coffee. The frappes we ordered did not taste very good at all. They ran out of whip cream, they handed me a latte, instead of a frappe. The woman that made the order wrong did offer to correct it, but I told her it was okay, they did not have whip cream & wouldn't have been the same. Not the best Starbucks. I think the staff needs training on how to make the Starbucks coffee.

I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and it was DISGUSTING. A waste of money and time. Rude employees at the window and it should not take 10 mins to make one drink. Won’t be back and don’t recommend this location at. Smart Aleck Employee.

I went through the drive through, I normally never write a review, but this was just ridiculous. Whoever was on the Mic was so rude, no customer service at all and got mad when I said she gave me a grande when I asked for a Venti. Then she proceeded to complain to another employee like I couldn’t see through the window.
