I experienced what felt like clear bias at this Starbucks. The barista (woman with glasses) who helped me was rude, condescending, and hostile toward me, yet immediately became friendly and polite to the Caucasian customers she served right after me. I later saw a review from four months ago describing the exact same behavior with the same barista, which makes this even more concerning. So this clearly isn’t a one time issue. I simply needed to fix a mobile order mistake and was willing to pay the difference. She rang me up for the full amount, meaning she needed to refund my original mobile order. I've never written a review before, so let this go to show how frustrated I am with this Starbucks because it's gotten to the point where I feel like I have to write one. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, where I am in the drive-through line trying to pick up my mobile order and just sitting at the window for over 15 minutes. When you try to get an employees attention while sitting at the window, they'll make eye contact with you and carry on doing whatever it is they were doing. That is not how a drive-through should work, they all look miserable and so unhappy to be at the drive-through window. After this happened to me three times, I decided that I would go inside the store to pick up my order. It's just as bad in there. The workers do not greet you, or even lend a smile. I

Came here late afternoon for a sit down to do some research, had a venti matcha latte with cinnamon, they got my order right, today it was drizzle and not a lot of people around which it’s the perfect environment I was looking for, then I got the refillable teas since I figured I would stay awhile longer.

My wife accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong location so when I went to pick up her order and it wasn't there, I went to ask the barista up front and she had nothing in her queue (I nor my wife was aware she ordered to the wrong spot). The store manager overheard me and without hesitation immediately told the barista to take of what she ordered. So kind and appreciative. Thank you for saving me time! Happy Holidays to this team!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE❗️Barista had an insane amount of attitude and can’t even make a simple drink right. This Starbucks owner keeps replying to these low reviews saying they’re trying improve and asking how they can improve but clearly there hasn’t been any improvement. What’s the point of asking for feedback when you’re not even going to take it seriously. Now they’re just gonna reply to this review with the same message yet nothings going to change. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
