I rarely write reviews, but I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this location. I believe it’s with the same employee who consistently displays a rude and condescending attitude. I visited on 2/5/26 around 6:45 PM. Mentioning so management can maybe figure out who. I was polite, kind, made sure no one was behind me, and was simply asking for quick advice on what to order. She was dismissive and annoyed, even when answering simple questions like what’s on top of the Dubai drink. Her response was “chocolate?????” In a condescending way.. I was curious if there was kunafa or pistachios. The only reason I wanted to get a new drink in the first place is because they have been so rude to me in the past about my go to matcha order. This Starbucks is my absolute favorite. Every barista is kind and friendly - even at 5:30 in the morning. I always am greeted by name with a smile and the perfect cup of tea!!!

This is the only Starbucks that tells me to loop around when I place a mobile order then refuse to serve me. The app said the order would be ready in 4-7 minutes and I showed up at the 5 minute mark. To close the window and refuse to serve a customer is ridiculous.

Most of the staff here are amazing my only issue is that they do need to train the girls properly on how to make certain drinks. As a customer who has never worked at a Starbucks, I should not be the one telling the barista how to make my drink and if they are new, they should be told if they do not know how to make a drink to ask for help asking for help would prove valuable

I ordered a Matcha latte and it was disgusting. It’s like they didn’t even put any of the syrup in it. and it was also chunky like seriously I feel like they didn’t even know how to make it. The girls were also very rude. we only came here because the drive-through Starbucks was not open now I know to never come back here.
