Didn't acknowledge me the time before closing, closed before the actual time of closing and denied of service.
My boyfriend and I went get a Starbucks 15 minutes before they close and the worker was very rude. She acted as if it was a chore to take my order and seemed like she was mad the whole time. My boyfriend had points to redeem so we told the lady. She blew when we told her and she started to cancel the card transaction but was hitting the buttons very aggressively like she was irritated with us even telling her. I know we came a little late but they still have to do their job at the end of the day.
Starbucks is the best I love it so so very much favorite drink hands down is the vanilla bean frap... I'm so so so very happy 😊 that star bucks exists.
Quick service, great taste, convenient location inside Food City, will definitely stop here again!
Great no complaints the price but that's a given with starbucks🤣
