Starbucks Coffee Company

First time coming to this Starbucks on a trip home From Kalahari and we were dying for a good cup of coffee. First, the drive thru line took so long! They charged us for two drinks that we didn’t ask for and we didn’t notice til we drove away. We went back and had them right their wrong, and they gave us a $4 off, so I was like okay not a big deal. Finally back in the car and drive away and finally drink our coffee after eating a breakfast sandwich and our macchiatos tasted like water. Not even like they added too much milk. Just like dirty coffee water. Should have just went to Dunkin and I’m not even a Dunkin fan.

This was a nice, new Starbucks location. We ordered some drinks and some food and everything tasted great. The workers were friendly and it was nice and clean inside. We sat in some comfy chairs and enjoyed our food and drinks.

Stopped by and got a few coffees . . . Cashier noticed we had a puppy and asked if we'd like a Pup- Cup ♡♡♡ Mister LOVED it! He inhaled it! I feel that was above n beyond ♡ I've never gotten a Pup-Cup before, didn't really know the existed. But, I know my dog will not forget this place and the treat! Our coffee was fantastic too!

I went through the drive-through and right away. I got attitude by this girl that had brown roots And Kind of like a dirty blonde. She had her hair in a claw clip as well. I asked her to Please scan my Starbucks app and she gave me a stank look and said “excuse me?” So I repeated myself and she gave me a look again. I asked what the total was and she had an attitude again. I then gave her almost the exact change so she wouldn’t have to count up a $20 bill because I know that could be tough for some people. She just handed me my drink and gave me more of an attitude than when I first came to the window. She did not say have a good day. She did not say anything. She just handed me a drink and I said have a good day.

So disappointed in this Starbucks. I’ve been there a dozen times/ close to home. I feel they need to train there baristas better. Lattes are always made wrong.
