Starbucks Coffee Company

This is one of the few locations that knows how to make my Iced coffee just the way I like it. Anyone who knows me, knows I take my iced cup of perfection, very serious. Even at 23 degree weather! Thank you to the Horton & Guess Rd team! Please keep making your coffee with love & ill keep coming for more. <3

Literally been in the drive-thru line for 20 mins. This Starbucks location is always very slow with mediocre drinks. Sometimes I just drive to Roxboro Rd Starbucks because I know the drinks, service and speed there is much better than Guess Rd.

Location is quiet, no rude customers,clean for the most part (sometimes an old drink stain on the table). They have refreshers which are great to have while reading online articles or listening to a song/podcast

My experience at this Starbucks was awful the energy was off and I did not get the best customer experience from the workers except one and his his name is Jay he stated he filled in a shift and is from Starbucks in chapel Hill off of Franklin street . I could tell he was nervous because of the states he was getting by I think a manager on then shift which he said up under his breath he was uncomfortable. I felt so bad and wanted to tip a 10 to him but I knew he would have to share the tip he seems like he’s such a great person with his kind and generous smile . I hope he see’s this 😊

Went thru the drive thru around noon on October 29th. I sat at the window for 8 minutes and could see my order just sitting there while the staff Ray was taking other orders for cars behind me. When I finally got my order there was no acknowledgement of the wait or any apology. It didn't seem like the other staff helped Ray. Something was off for sure.
