I am a DoorDash driver and a former Starbucks partner — I even still remember my old partner number. I understand that not every day is sunshine and rainbows; I’ve been in those shoes before. I often stop by this location while picking up orders for customers, as it’s been convenient to grab my own drink here. In previous visits, my experiences were excellent — I felt genuinely welcomed, especially by the gentleman wearing the Coffee Master apron. However, when I returned today around 6:00 PM on 08/12, the only staff member on duty displayed a level of rudeness that was, frankly, remarkable. It created such an unwelcoming atmosphere that I found myself wondering if my presence was somehow an inconvenience to them. Well — have a pleasant day. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future,
I was RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I was asked to provide proof of my purchase (which is 100% understandable) but NOT when I watched her hand out drinks to every melanin deprived person. I’m sure this review won’t make a difference but DO BETTER.. and to make it worse this all came from A BROWN PERSON. I called to speak with the Manager Hope but was unable able to reach her to rectify the situation and if I didn’t have a 12:00 yoga class to get too I would have really dragged out the situation. But I will return, you will be at work and you will apologize.
Hope, Sweety, and the entire team at this Starbucks are always amazing! I recently needed help with a product, and both Hope and Sweety went above and beyond to assist me. This location is consistently great - clean, organized, and they never get my drink wrong. I always leave here happy. Highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff!
Very nice location! I love their accessibility and how quickly they make the drinks. I've been coming here every week and I don't think I will be stopping. Drinks are a bit expensive.
Staff is always so nice and welcoming and some welcome me by my name ! And my drinks come out in a speedy manner from How busy it gets ! :)
