Starbucks Coffee Company

As of lately, I’ve been disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. The quality of the drinks has really been a hit or miss depending on who makes them. I feel the employees, especially those preparing the drinks, should focus more on both time management and accuracy. I completely understand it gets busy, but that shouldn’t justify drinks tasting watered down, key ingredients missing or flavorless. Each time I visit, I leave disappointed with my drink — with the exception of one barista who consistently gets it right (the gentleman with the nose septum piercing). Big shoutout to him for taking the time to make drinks properly. That level of consistency should be the standard for everyone, not just one person. I placed an order on my phone. When I arrived at the store, they were not busy. Customers who arrived after me quickly received their coffee. I waited for another 10 minutes but still hadn’t received my order. I asked them three times where my order was, and each time they replied that it was being made. I said okay. After another five minutes, I inquired again about my coffee. One of the employees responded dismissively, saying, "I know you've been waiting for 10 minutes." You have serious issues with racial discrimination.Please treat every customer fairly.

It's fine, it's a Starbucks, you know? Always disappointed in the minimal vegan and/gluten-free options but reliable for a caffeine fix. Service is pretty slow at least half the time.

Extremely rude staff. Annabel decided to lecture customers on “pick up and leave” requirements of this Starbucks. I pay for a Starbucks everyday of the week. I hope this store is not an example of Starbucks’s new personality? My Mobil-order which is the same everywhere else was made horribly at this location too!

I’ve always loved this Starbucks on Main Street!is a very attractive building with an outside plaza with lots of seating.when I visited today, there were city workers installing the holiday lights that will soon brighten the streets. The Starbucks staff were helpful and worked efficiently to provide their customers with coffee and other snacks. The store also had a selection of holiday gifts!
