Starbucks Coffee Company

This place is currently the closest one to my workplace. However, the problem is that the supervisor is very arrogant, and the employees are not friendly or respectful toward customers. I went in to get my favorite drink, and there was a Mexican woman with very dark hair who was quite rude and unwelcoming. She raised her voice and kept repeating herself for no reason. The supervisor was standing next to her and did nothing, which was very unprofessional behavior in front of everyone. I usually go there once or twice a day and spend around $7 to $14 each time, but I’ve decided to reduce my visits because of this bad experience. This Starbucks in particular is the best one. The baristas always greet me when I walk in, and my drinks are made with LIGHTNING speed- seriously. Even on a Monday morning. Once I ordered an oatmilk shaken espresso from my car for mobile order, and by the time I walked in it was ready. I was genuinely surprised. Also the drinks are made exactly as ordered. Then also I love the cute little messages on the cup (see pic). Truly the best Starbucks I have ever been to.

Just went through the drivethrough and noel was on the speaker and window and i was blown away by how efficient confident and happy she sounded. Literally haven’t had service at starbs like that in a minute

Filled up our cups only 2/3 full - no straws - no napkins - asked for tips at the drive thru - tried giving me the cups one at a time - one person in the car for 4 orders … really? Obviously I need a tray. Bad attitudes. And of course it’s always too expensive- I’m just done with Starbucks altogether.

Terrible coffee. This is the worst beverage I’ve ever seen prepared. No I did not ask for extra caramel, so why is there an inch deep of caramel at the bottom of my beverage. I was the order with the REGULAR caramel macchiato. The entire reason why I don’t do special options on my beverage is so that they CANT MESS IT UP. But they still DO. My girlfriend worked at Lamar’s as a supervisor, so I do have a perfect frame of reference. Will not be returning to this location.
