Starbucks Coffee Company

We came in for a quick order for a cup of Horchata Espresso, but had to wait about 15 minutes. There were several people waiting with only 1 cashier and 1 barista. The restroom has the toilet and the hand-wash sinks in separate spaces. The drink tasted good.

Not all. Starbucks are created equal. They're pretty close but there's some that like go beyond and this is the one they have everything. It's beautiful. They're very sweet. It's the atmosphere is great and it smells so good in there.

I have never ordered from this location before and I will never order from here again . The drinks are put on the counter, very unorganized a messy You have to shuffle through drinks just to find your drink. They speak so low can’t hear your name, which is what happened to me. I ended up waiting there for about a half an hour when my drink was there for quite some time, but I never heard my name. I was waiting for my coffee. I saw Only one employee doing her job, making all the drinks by herself. I felt like the other two were running around like chickens with their heads, cut off, including the manager . I am a regular customer. This Sunday, morning of May 18, 2025 at about 8:00 am. I visited Starbucks Westridge Shopping Center, 1363 N Davis Rd, Salinas, CA 93907. From the moment we walked in there was no greeting, unfriendly energy, not welcoming at all Andy took my order, no greeting. "I said good morning with a smile." and all she said was what do you want to order. I placed my order and said "THANK YOU!" No response. I tip Andy, in hopes to motivate her and treat others friendlier since the employees are a reflection of who is modeling customer service. Starbucks, please work on improving your managers management skills.
