Drive thru was awesome! I don’t know her name but she always has an eyeliner, 2nd time going there and she has a great customer service! Frappuccinos are perfect.

Walked in with no clue what to order and 2 lovely baristas hooked myself and my 9 yo daughter up. Best "hot chocolate" we've ever had. Not sure what mine is called but it's delicious. Thank you!

On October 9, around 3:15 PM, I visited the drive-thru and asked the staff member for a moment as I was checking with my grandma about her order. She inquired again before I had the chance to respond, and I had to request her to hold on twice, which felt a bit abrupt. Once I received my drinks, I noticed a lack of courteous communication, especially considering she was older. As I was trying to get my grandma situated for our drive back and there were no cars behind me, I stood at the window for a few minutes. She then opened the window and asked if I needed something but closed it quickly without any thank you or polite acknowledgment. Very poor customer service — the staff seemed uninterested and barely made eye contact. The drinks had almost no flavor, just bland and watery. Honestly, it made me remember how much better the coffee and service in Dutch

BRIAN is the best Starbucks worker I’ve had the pleasure of ordering too! He remembered my exact order from a day prior and has excellent customer service if I was his boss I’d have to give him my position!
