Starbucks Coffee Company

This morning I stopped in for a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and despite a call-off leaving the store short-staffed, the employee who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, upbeat, and made my drink perfectly. It really stood out how well she handled the extra stress while still making customers feel welcomed. Great service and a delicious drink—I left with a smile.

I think they got new crew in job also i learn her name, supervisor she was Rebeca, she did me feel i am really in starbucks. So quality come up stars come up.

This was not matcha at all. The drink was brown and tasted like cocoa. Poor quality and careless service!

Staff is trash. Was in here for a quick drink and the blonde girl working there was obnoxious. She was chit chatting with two of her friends that were loitering around. This girl made me feel like I was not supposed to be there and then she refused to give me the drink I ordered. Worst store in US. Amazing what they make you pay for a drink for someone to be rude. 🤮

One! Because not open til 0700! Most of us truckers can’t wait til 0700 and hope they open on time. So disappointed…. Have a Starbucks was the only reason I did my rest here.
