Starbucks Coffee Company

Hello, I work in delivery. I accepted an order from this store and when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes. The workers did not pay attention to me or other delivery drivers. The coffee was just sitting on the counter, but they didn’t put it in a bag or hand it to us. Why do we have to wait 15–20 minutes for a simple coffee order that is already prepared for pickup? What kind of service is this?

Drink is called SWEET CREAM nitro cold brew Where is the SWEET CREAM and don’t give me the it’s mixed in bullshit cuz I got there a few seconds after it was done.

We just visited this place and first we made a mobile ordered for brownie, they just packed that in a bad and we had ti ask again to warm it up. Then one of my friend ordered a frappuccino, they made us wait for like 15-20 minutes. There was no customer before us and none after us. The guy brought choco chips for the drink from inside and suddenly he stopped using his mobile and talking to other lady employee. They stood at the same place doing nothing and using their mobiles. Its would have been fine if they were busy in work or worried about something. They were literally laughing while using the mobiles. The drink which we order takes less than 2-3 minutes to be made. And the manager can check the camera to verify this thing the can be seen using mobiles while 4 people were waiting for

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it smelled and tasted like acetone (nail polish remover). Spit it out immediately. The pink drink I also ordered had the lid fly off when i went to take my first sip. Pink drink was at least half decent and didn't taste like it was going to kill me. I really need to stop going to this location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!! AVOID THIS DIRTY/FILTHY STARBUCKS! First & LAST Time at this location! Dirty/Filthy Starbucks & Restroom! RUDE Servers! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS & is HORRIBLE! Used the restroom 1st, So the Irritated/Horrible Attitude Server had at least (6) minutes to make & complete my mobile order. Store was not busy with customers. Then, when I asked if my order was ready while he’s having an entire conversation, Server gets irritated because I’m
