specifically requested and paid an additional $12 for extra caramel drizzle on both drinks, and neither drink had any caramel drizzle at all. On top of that, nearly half of each beverage was foam. This is unacceptable, especially considering the extra amount I was charged. I expect a refund for the add-ons that were not provided.

This drink has no caramel lineup at all. One day my drink is made perfectly, and the next it’s completely different. The order clearly says everything that should go in it, but they still make it however they want. For how expensive these drinks are, consistency really matters. Please do better!

This Starbucks location has a lot of activity behind the counter, but very little progress. Be prepared to wait 20–30 minutes for food, and sometimes not all items in your order are placed on the counter, so you have to ask staff about missing items. The system for organizing and placing completed orders seems very unstructured, and employees often don’t call out customer names when items are ready, which adds to the confusion. Overall, other Starbucks locations are much more efficient and better organized than this one.

Drove all the way across town to think that I’m gonna be able to get some coffee and they close the store early and this is not the first time. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. It’s a beautiful location, but it’s a 50-50 chance every time.
