Both times I have gotten coffee, the drinks were not good. They don't know how to make a salted caramel mocha and didn't listen to when I told them how. Salted caramel foam isn't the same taste. I ordered an extra shot both times so I paid almost $9 for drinks that are not made right. Very disappointed.

I have been to MANY Starbucks but this has to be the best experience I have ever had. This crew (Ella, Jacey, & Elsa) was so courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do! The coffee was delicious but their positive energy was a great start to the morning!

Way too busy and they stay running out items! To order a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino but there’s no crunch just ruins the whole drink. It would’ve been nice to be made aware of this when the order placed not when I was served!

Went in today to order a pink drink with NO ICE, lady preparing my drink refused to make it with no ice. When I questioned why she cant make it with no ice that is the way i have always ordered it everywhere else, she responded its becoming a trend. Horrible customer service will not go back to this location.

I ordered a medium sized coffee with a "little" room for creamer. I received a medium coffee that was barely 3/4 full. And the coffee tasted burned. I threw most of it away.
