Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks location. 2 of the girls working were very unprofessional and rude. Girl with red apron: I waited in line at the drive thru for over 20 minutes, and then when I was handed my 2 Frappuccino’s they were both missing the whipped cream, so I politely told her that they’re supposed to have whip and she slams the window closed and starts shaking her head as she’s walking away. When she comes back she looked very annoyed with me and didn’t say a word to me at all. My 2 sandwiches were also very burnt but I just let that go. After I parked I noticed right away that the drinks seemed very watery like they had been sitting and there was barely any ice in it at all. I tried calling to ask if I could have them remade and no one ever answe

Ashley is amazing, we ordered a drink after we paid and they were making our drinks and asked to order another drink if we could and she asked us what we would like with no hesitation and she whipped something up for us and refused for us to pay her the drink. Such a sweetheart. Check this Starbucks out. Friendly staff and good drinks

The manager, Ashley, was super nice. She greeted me by name. She then gave me a free treat to eat while I waited for my drink. They are always super friendly and quick with my orders. Thank you!

Nothing worse than paying extra for modifications and still getting the standard drink—especially when we ordered two! They even had ice (which is free to take out but waters the drink down if you're a slow drinker), but no trace of white chocolate mocha 🥲 $10 per drink ($20 in total)and not even correct... If you're modifying a drink because of allergies, i would watch the barista making it very carefully!!

I was so excited when I found out they opened a Starbucks near my home and make it easier to grab coffee on way take my girls to school. Ever since it opened I haven’t got any issues with any of my drinks until yesterday….. I ordered my drink on app long before I got there and they still haven’t made and other person in the store still waiting for hers and it took longer than expected on very slow day, which I’m not really going complain about it.
