Starbucks Coffee Company

This used to be my favorite location before the manager got rid of all the competent employees! To wait 20 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable, especially when I was the only person in line. Watching my hot coffee get cold, I was told I could not have it until the remaining items in my order were complete. What kind of absurd policy is this? After kindly asking for It, I not only got attitude, it was made wrong. When paying over $8 for a coffee, I expect for it to be correct and employees to be kind. This store had gone down hill!

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews and try to stick to positive ones, but this experience really struck a nerve today. I normally avoid this Starbucks and today reminded me why. I was extremely specific with my order, and the barista repeated it back to me, so there was no confusion. I paid for extra caramel in a caramel macchiato for my dad, and he was basically given a cup of milk with little to no caramel. My drink was supposed to be light on milk, and again I received mostly milk with barely any coffee. This happens every single time I give this location another chance , whether ordering in person or through the app. Orders are consistently wrong, and it’s frustrating to pay extra for customizations that are completely ignored. I've done one pickup from here and gotten delivery once from here, and both times I've been disappointed. My Grande Dolce latte had a Tall's amount of coffee in it, and my Venti Prauline had a Grande's amount (notice the pattern). I used to be a barista, so I know a foam head can melt a little, and whipped cream can also melt, but not to the point two inches are empty inside of the cup. Do it twice? I'm just being scammed at that point. For the pickup, I was headed back to work, so I didn't check or have time to go back and ask for a fix (without proof I hadn’t had anything, it felt pointless returning hours later). I have been going to this location for some time now because it is close to work. Today I was ignored not once, but twice. I asked the barista for a sleeve. She looked at me, said ok, and continued to make coffee. I waited until she finished and stood there as she took another order. I asked the cashier, he said ok, and walked away. It was another customer, who saw what was going on, that asked the barista again for me. So customer service sucked today. Do better!!!

Great place! I was here just one time and I like it this Starbucks. I ordered one item: Iced Vt Lavender Mtcha here and my drink was fresh and delicious. I got nice experience about my drink from this store.
