Literally waited in line forever, way to get to the counter inside Meijer. They don’t have heavy cream, they don’t have any cold foam. All they have is non-dairy oat milk in the entire establishment and we are inside of a grocery store.🙄

Nooooooo, you can tell they don’t know what they are making, they are extremely slow, and it’s a complete joke shut this place down, or hire better employees

Worst cup of coffee in a long time. Ordered 4 shot white mocha believe it was 4 extra pumps of flavor and not 4 expresso shots. Also did not secure the lid and spilled. $9 out the window.

This lady is worried about her phone more than taking my order she’s rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers she wasn’t even looking at me when I was ordering. Very disappointed .

Terrible service Went there at 5:00 on Sunday but there was a sign out saying that they went on break and would be back in 15 so I did some shopping to pass the time I came back up at 5:50 And there was still nobody back from break🤨( they close at 7:00) Clearly they don’t pay attention to their employees nor do they care if they just can disappear for hours on end
