Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! I don’t know how or why they even stay in business. They are never staffed and you can never get anything you need from here. Went to purchase today and I was told she doesn’t have any help and is ABOUT to take a 15 so she couldn’t help me. She wasn’t even on break yet and it was literally just me to help. Hate this location shut it down they can afford employees to run it anyway.

They have upgraded and it’s really nice! The young lady that works on the weekends is great! Just cause of her I would give 5 stars but my experience today made me give it 1 star. However, today (5/27), I stopped by to grab a few things and a coffee. It is 6:10pm and I was told they were closed after asking around. How can you close at 6pm when you are listed open until 8pm? Of course, she wasn’t there, an older white man was working there today. Why did I have to ask another employee to find the Starbucks person? Why is the Starbucks person behind the cigarettes counter? So many questions and no answers.

I want to give a high five to Ms. Sandy at this "Starbucks" location. Please know not all Starbucks are the same!! I have tried other locations and they never get the drink to taste just right. However Sandy never fails to exceed my expectations. Her great customer service and amazing barista skills are excellent! Sandy suggested a drink that at first I was a little hesitant, but because of her confidence and her experience, I took the plunge and now I am a fan. I ordered it at another location and Yuck...I think I will have to stick with Ms. Sandy. My only suggestion is to consistantly keep "two" employees working there to keep the line down and to help the flow! Sandy is truly has a great Starbuck Brand!!!!

I feel that this Starbucks has the worst service. Every time I come here, they're out of something or all what requires a medicine ball. The worst part is using the slowest dri e thru ever. So disappointed. I will never use this location again. Brandywine is so much better than this. I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't get into the reviews.

There is a particular lady who always gives me words of encouragement whenever I see her. Angel in Disguise. Can't wait to see the upgrade. Edit - Her name is Ms. Sandy! Finally got to see her today, on my birthday! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 I showed her this review, and we both had a moment.
