“Hands down the friendliest Starbucks crew I’ve come across. I travel a lot for business, and whenever I’m in Sacramento, this location is my go-to morning stop. The staff here consistently delivers great service—everyone is welcoming and professional, even during the rush. This morning, December 18, 2025, around 7:30 AM, the team was on point. The young lady who took my order was efficient and friendly with a good smile, and the barista who handed me my drink remembered my name the second I walked in—that kind of personal touch stands out and makes you feel like a regular. Wish I could remember all their names to call them out, but the whole team deserves the praise. Solid coffee, fast service, and genuinely good people. 5 stars—worth stopping by if you’re in Sacramento.”

Would not recommend going to this Starbucks property. The employees are rude. I went through the drive-through to use my stars due to my stars are going to fall off come December 1, and when I went to the drive-through to order at the window, the lady said I could not use my Stars she said I needed more Stars to use my Stars up, which is not true because on Starbucks app it says you could use 100 stars I had over 100 stars. to be exact I had 150 stars I could use 100 stars for a drink or something else. It was obvious that she did not know what she was talking about just all around very rude. I have no experience this at other Starbucks. very disappointing.

I love my matcha green tea frap. They are always kind and know me by name now. They do get busy some days but are always fast.

Great crew, excellent coffee! My favorite Barista is Mercedes she is the best hostess I have ever encountered. She greets us every time by name and knows all of her regular customers orders by memorization. It’s so hard to find elite service like hers. Every time I am in the area I stop in this Starbucks specifically for the A one service!

Nice, quiet, speedy & clean environment. I like it because it seems to be a “Forgotten” Starbucks or something, as not a ton of people visit here. Not really sure why, (because, it’s a good store) However, I’m super glad to have found it because, it’s a hidden gem!!!
