Starbucks Coffee Company

This place was packed! Looks like there was two lines of drinks and everyone was working fast, and still greeting every customer... I think I counted seven customers in a row enter and be greeted. My service was good, my drink was spot on and my bacon sandwich was actually better than most Starbucks, I like the crispness of the bread.

I had an outstanding experience at Starbucks, all thanks to the amazing team of Zona, Enes, and Eva. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their warm smiles and upbeat energy. You could instantly tell they love what they do and take pride in creating a great atmosphere for customers. Zona took my order with such care and patience. She listened closely, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was noted. Her kind and professional attitude really set the tone for the visit. Enes was preparing drinks with incredible speed and precision. Even though the store was busy, he stayed calm and efficient, and my drink came out perfect. my drink was made completely wrong.. i’m aware it’s not supposed to be filled to the top due to what i ordered but there was no syrup, no pecan topping, and it was vanilla cold foam

Rude staff. Ordered a cappuccino and a cookie to go. Received the cappuccino in 5 min and waited another 15 min for the cookie which never came. When I asked for it the clerk stated it was in the “line” to be placed in the bag…..? What? The time it took to answer my question she could have put the cookie in the bag herself. Really poor management. Received the refund that never came..

This was the filthiest coffe shop I have ever been in. The floors were so dirty and the bathroom was disgusting! The trash looked like it had been taken out in a week!
