This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location and the level of incompetence I experienced this morning is astounding! The girl who was taking my ordered with her hoodie half zipped, hanging off her shoulders was repeatedly yawning in my face, and she asked me why I wanted room in the blonde roast twice after I said it was for cream and sugar…. I ordered two simple drinks, a venti blonde roast with room for cream and sugar, and a trenta cold brew with no ice. So I dumped some of the ice into the already full trash can that wasn’t changed from the closing shift (it had a funky smell) but also noticed that the condiments weren’t stocked and the milk carafes were not present. Not only did my drinks come out wrong. The tall barista with a ponytail treated me like I was ignorant or

Good people though very true that this place rarely has enough help. They know me and I too stand at the counter for 5 min sometimes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. It falls not as much on the staff there, as they do what they can, but keeping good help seems almost impossible. Not sure why. I watch many people get frustrated when they come in and wait for a while. I am sure the employees who DO show up wpuld appreciate more help. Just sharing incase you want to know and can do something about it.

By far the slowest and worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. It's not remotely close. Absolutely insane drive thru wait. Employees could not care any less. You'd might as well make a reservation for as long as it'll take you to get even just a simple drip coffee. Unreal and wildly unacceptable. Never again.

I went thru the drive-thru around 10 am to grab a coffee drink and bite to eat, which were great. There was a bit of a long wait which I expect because this location can get busy. The barista, Jordyn, was very friendly and smiling. She even apologized for the wait. My concern with this location is the appearance going thru the drive-thru, which is not normally a big deal except the fact the weeds in the lawn beds are sticking out so far that it’s rubbing up against the cars. I appreciate a Wild, natural look but these should be cut back to prevent scratching up cars.

There are 2 specific employees who are constantly rude, and they will talk about you behind your back. I am unsure of their names specifically, but I know one begins with a K and the other a G. I have been at this location numerous times and heard them making inappropriate comments in regards to customers and complaining about how their customers are “white privileged”, “annoying”, or “racist.” I overheard the one woman whose name begins with G discussing my friend after she had ordered and left the location, stating that my friend “looks like she’d shoot up this location”. That is an extremely inappropriate way to talk about your customers. I have also heard K threaten her coworkers. I am also concerned with the fact that I have witnessed that G is constantly sick, yet comes in and coughs
