I recently visited the Starbucks at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, and my overall experience was very good. The store is in a convenient location on the upper level of the mall, and it felt like a nice place to take a break and relax during shopping. The atmosphere was comfortable, with a pleasant buzz of customers, and the team worked efficiently even though the mall was busy. was especially happy with the lattes and espresso drinks. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They made my drink perfectly, and even though they were busy, I didn’t have to wait very long. They were moving quickly and keeping things running smoothly.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I visited this Starbucks location today and had a mixed experience. I placed a mobile order and forgot to select “no whipped cream” on my drink. Since I have a dairy allergy, I went inside before my drink was made and politely explained the mistake and asked if they could leave the whipped cream off. I apologized and made it clear I knew it was my oversight, I just wanted to catch it early so no one would have to remake the drink. The barista helping me (I don’t know his name, but he had blue-green hair) responded pretty rudely and said he probably wouldn’t remember. A few minutes later, I happened to walk by right as he was actively making my drink, so I gave a quick, polite reminder in the moment — just a simple “hey, please no whipped cream” as he was preparing it, not expecting

Did not receive what I ordered. When I told them I was informed “well this is what you paid for so you’ll have to go back to the register (long line and I had already waited in line/for my order) and pay for the correct order” so apparently because they don’t listen when you place the order, I have to pay for 2 so that I can get what I actually wanted. That’s crazy! I get the same things EVERYTIME, I know for facts I ordered it correctly. Do your jobs correctly because I’m not going to make multiple purchases for things I did not want just for you to finally get it correct! It’s not even a “special” order. Do better Starbucks!

Came here for a quick something to drink a few weeks ago and had a pleasant experience while here, my order was made pretty quickly and made perfectly too. The service was also great too. Will definitely be back again.
