Starbucks Coffee Company

While in Coultier Hall, I attempted to order some breakfast. Out of everything I tried to order other than a bagel with cream chesse. The server was out of cream cheese, but still charged me for it. When I asked about it, I got a blank look that said "what you want me to do about it"? So tired of crap service! Please do better...you're working in a service industry. I'm also curious why none of the vendors on campus accept cash, and some (Einstein's) don't even take bank cards?

I went into the Starbucks around midday. There was only about 5 people in line. I ordered a Hot PSL with dark caramel sauce added. And I asked for it to be made kids temp. There was 6-7 people behind the counter, and only one person was doing anything, even then she was talking more than working. She kept picking up the cups by putting her entire hand in the cup, reaching into the sink and then touching drinks, not washing the pitcher between drinks and mixing milks. It really grossed me out. When she got to my cup, she looked at it and then threw it away. About 10 minutes went by and I was still waiting on my drink. One of the workers finally asked what I was waiting on and I told her my order. She then made a latte with only 3 pumps of regular caramel syrup, and poured cold milk into the

Pretty much every Starbucks is the same, but there are two things here I think are worth mentioning: 1) The line moves much faster than you might otherwise think. I’ve never spent more than 15 minutes waiting, even if thirty people were in front of me. 2) Buy or bring a refillable cup, and the discount is something like 50%, even though their website says 10%.

The fastest and best stocked of the coffee shops on campus. Large study area is very convenient and includes long tables for groups. Employees can be a bit short, but when you have a line half way across the library, you have an excuse to be short.

Coffee is great but staff is always rude, always talking to each other instead of doing their job, and are always scrambling. It seems like they haven't had any training on how to handle large crowds and there is no apparent leader behind the counter.
