I've tried really hard to be patient and understanding with this location since they opened. I knew most of the employees had never worked for a Starbucks ,and would require complete training. Most are just teens working for the first time. But it's been months now, most of the faces are the same faces from opening and I still have my drinks made wrong 8 times out of 10 orders. I either arrive to a drink that's been sitting forever waiting on me or I arrive and wait 20+ mins the estimated time for pick up. With 4 Barista's on duty there should had been no reason for me to wait over 20 mins pass pick up time to get my drink. Especially when I got there it was super busy.

I would say this is the worst Starbucks we have ever went to. I have gave this place a chance time after time and still disappoints every single time. First time was soft opening and they were not trained yet and was learning through index cards as they made the drinks and both our drinks (pink drink and Java Chip frap) came out horrible. Second time was online mobile order pick up and for my daughter who was on the way to school and I placed the order 20 minutes before she left and she still had to wait over a hour! She was late to school by 30 minutes mind you I placed the order by 7:10 and the time to receive it was 7:30 nope she received it by 8:15. What a joke and to make things worse others came and ordered from walking in and would get those before she got hers!!! They need to get i

They need to wash the mixers out better. Ordered a chai and it tasted like regular coffee. No spice taste at all.

Staff not properly trained, service slow and drinks not made correctly. Not the quality of service given by other Starbucks. I waited a year for this one to open and sadly disappointed.
