Starbucks Coffee Company

I don’t usually write reviews that much, but I was greeted by the barista Sky on Saturday, and she was absolutely a doll. Her sweet words used to speak to people are what we need. She was letting people know that there was a wait and who she was working on next. She is very skilled on making coffee fast and correct. That is very helpful and convenient considering how many orders there are. I’ll definitely be driving by this one on my way to work in the mornings.

The service at this location is ALWAYS atrocious. Workers are nice enough and I don’t know what more they could do - Starbucks needs to learn to staff a business. Wait time has been 30 minutes every single time. I used to be a supervisor and it’s sad to see how the company as a whole and this location have really fallen since Covid.

The office orders from here all the time. But every time I order hot chocolate, it's wrong. 5 orders in 2 weeks, I've had peppermint coffee instead of peppermint hot chocolate twice, I had what tasted like burnt milk with cinnamon instead of chocolate once, regular hot chocolate instead of the peppermint, and 1 that was correct. ONE! I don't know who makes hot chocolate in this place but either they need to pay attention to what they are making or need to be trained because they have no idea what they are doing.

This is my go to Starbucks anytime I'm in the area. Not every Starbucks has a friendly staff but this one is very good. The layout inside is a long galley and they did a great job building up a really comfortable space in the front. It's not as big as the stand alone stores but it makes very good use of what it has. All in all, this is a reliable, friendly Starbucks and I think Quakertown is lucky to have it. The only downside is the lines get long during the rush hour. But I guess this happens because business is good.

Drive through was busy but moving. Barista forgot my order… twice. I refilled my card first so I’m guessing she was just preoccupied. I ordered a black coffee with no room and got plenty of room, though. Was fine for just passing through the area. Bathrooms were clean and the inside overall was orderly.
