Dirty place with sticky tables and trash not cleaned. Staff were inattentive and slow, chatting with each other. My order was made incorrectly and there was no apology. This is unacceptable for Starbucks. I won’t return to this location.

I come here almost every other day, and the service is always impeccable—fast and amicable. The team here is so kind and incredible. They even remember my name every time I go; those are the little things that make a difference. I’m a regular at this location, and they make you feel like family. Management is always on top of every little detail, with a smile and complete control. You can truly tell that this team is driven by an incredible leader, and a great store always starts at the top. Great job, everyone.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review even when service has been bad at any company. However, one thing I do not understand is how you can’t manage to make 2 of the same drinks at the same time. Me and my girl ordered the same exact drink and with in 5mins one of them was done, it was perfect. Why is it that I have to wait an extra 10mins for the other SAME EXACT DRINK? Both drinks are under the same order, under the same name and it’s just too difficult to grab the original recipe and multiply it by 2 and make both drinks at the same time? I would think that process would be much quicker doing it like that instead of making one drink, cleaning the equipment, making other drinks, and then 10mins later going back to that same matcha drink.
