Starbucks Coffee Company

I’m done with trying this starbucks location. it’s absolutely awful. if there are 2 cars in front of you expect to wait 20 minutes. their drinks are okay sometimes but recently omg. i went a couple days ago and there was a hair inside of my drink absolutely disgusting. i went back to have them remake it, they “thanked” me for coming back in? i wasn’t gunna waste $5 on a drink. and extra caramel? some employees knows what that means others don’t. a typical 25 minute wait for mid drinks isn’t worth it. dutch bros it is!

Pushing $7 for a tall and they don’t even fill it up. No wonder this place is a ghost town on a busy Saturday when nearby stores are packed.

Stopped in today for an afternoon caffeinated beverage. Shopping at TJMaxx make a girl thirsty! I wanted to go in and chill for a bit but I decided to go through the drive thru. Got up to the window and was greeted by a lovely voice. Got my order all squared away and headed up to the window. I got my usual drink. A small iced americano with sugar free vanilla and cream. The sweet barista for my payment all taken care of and I was on my way. At the very last minute I decided to sip on my coffee outside on the patio. They had several tables and umbrellas set up. I snagged a table with a huge umbrella. I get cold easy so the heat felt good. The umbrella was nice, I didn't have to sit directly under the beating sun. My coffee was delicious as always. This location was... ehhh??? They got my order right, but it took a really long time. To their credit, it was exceptionally busy, and I think it appeared to take longer from online orders. Servers were friendly enough and seemed to know all of the regulars. Outdoor seating was really nice! I think this used to be a bank so the space is not setup like a traditional Starbucks, but still a functional space. I would try it again.

Had the pleasure of meeting the manager & assistant manager while passing through on a roadtrip. So nice to meet classy, good-natured people. Everything was clean, music was ambient (not distracting), and overall the mood was relaxing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again!
