Starbucks Coffee Company

The service is customer oriented but not friendly. The store doesn’t know how to make espresso macchiato. Received almost a latte. Asked to remake it. No questions asked, they remake it. Still got not espresso macchiato. Short cup was filled 3/4, which is a lot. Didn’t want to ask to remake it again and also hadn’t time

I asked a worker and she said she didn't know the store number to place my order through the app. She said she didn't know, and even inside and outside the Starbucks, there was no sign indicating the store's address. This wasted my time because there are several Starbucks locations in different areas of San Bruno, and it's confusing for a tourist. I hope you can resolve this. Thank you.

I’m honestly so disgusted. I ordered a drink today and when I picked it up there was a dead fly stuck to the lid. Totally unacceptable. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a place like Starbucks. I had noticed the fly after drinking half of my grande coffee. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

Rating has nothing to do with service or quality. No seating, no bathroom. I wish they would come up with a label for these so I wouldn't waste my time going to them.

This is by far the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. They ALWAYS get my drink correct! And I have had my share of Starbucks. They greet you with a hello and smile. I really appreciate the effort that they put into their work. Thank you again
