Starbucks Coffee Company

I stopped in this location for the first time this morning. I was promptly greeted. The employees were very friendly in my mobile order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Most importantly, my drink was perfect.

I ordered a chestnut praline coffee. We drove miles to get it , came from livingston area. It was one of the worst coffees i've drank , did not even have any syrup in it. And if it did it was very little or maybe the milk was bad.I don't know I will not be back. I ordered it hot and it was warm. I saw her make it. It should have been hot and sweet. Nope!

Service is always great....but for almost 8 dollars for this matcha. Definitely could have been blended better and filled a little more. I don't expect it to be over flowing but why so much foam? 😕 I'm going back to 7 Brew 😅

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location for a while. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream COLD BREW, this just tastes like Vanilla sweet cream. Where is the coffee?? So disappointing because I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years and the service is typically great but the last 3-5 visits I get barely any coffee and so much milk/sweet cream/syrup. I tried another location while visiting Dallas recently and the recipe actually tasted like coffee so I’m not sure what has been up at this location.

I accidentally ordered my drink too early through the app, but when I called the store, they were super helpful and adjusted the time for me with no problem. When I arrived, my drink was freshly made, and my danish was warm, and ready to go — they hadn’t put it out yet, which I really appreciated. What really impressed me was that the barista remembered my name, even though I don’t come to this location often. Great customer service all around! I don’t make it to this area much, but I’ll definitely be back when I do. Highly recommend this Starbucks!
