⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every morning, the coffee that Chris makes for me is honestly the best part of my day! ☕️✨ He always goes above and beyond to make sure my drink is exactly how I love it — and even helped me save it on the app so I can order it the same way anywhere I go. I also have to say that everyone at this store is so kind and always smiling, which makes the whole experience even better. Special shout-out to Mady, the manager, who’s always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making my mornings brighter every single day! 🌟

I am a business owner and I have a very tight schedule. I have to be driving from here to there. Well I was with my wife today and she really needed a restroom so I said let's go to Starbucks. Parking was tight so I told my wife to go in first. She ended up almost crying because the cashier was mean and didn't want to let her use the restroom he said it's for customers only and that she has to buy something. As I was walking in, so I told him give me anything in the menu so my wife can use the restroom and he started telling me a lot of stuff and he almost started a fight just because I told him that for being a worker for Starbucks he has a horrible customer service. He almost jumped over the counter to face me. Which I think you guys should train your employees wayyyy better than this. I

This is our regular Starbucks, which is located in the Topanga-Lassen Plaza. We’re usually there at 4:30am on Mondays. It’s just when they open and we order through the app. Our vanilla chai latte, vanilla latte and Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwiches are our regular order and it’s always been perfect and delicious. The staff are wonderful.

This Starbucks is one of the best the workers are very nice and always have a smile on their face and the manger Maddy is very nice she cares a lot about her customers. The place is always clean and welcoming.

I can’t believe this Starbucks wouldn’t let my 3 yr old son use their restroom!! They said we had to buy something! I told the male worker, he’s only yrs old. He looked at me with no sympathy and said sorry you have to buy something.
