Dear [Manager/Customer Service Team], I am writing to formally complain about a disappointing experience I had at your Starbucks location. I am a loyal customer who visits three to four times a day and has been coming for about three years consecutively. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I experienced very poor service. I placed a mobile order for a coffee with caramel. When I arrived, the first barista with a Red hair did not add the caramel as I had requested. When I asked another employee named Colleen to kindly remake the coffee, she responded in a very rude manner, saying that I needed to specify in the app that the caramel should be lined up in the cup. I explained that I am a frequent customer who pays around eight dollars per coffee several times a day and that this is not the

Out of all the starbucks in the area, this one tops it. Colleen is a great barista and extremely friendly. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable on all the different drinks they have. Great management overall & make my experience as an ongoing customer even better.

I work at the outlets and visit this Starbucks almost daily. I love visiting and chatting with all the staff, especially Colleen, and I appreciate that the staff remain so kind and welcoming despite having hard days. Thank you guys for being my favorite Starbucks location!

Not clean or hygiene. Felt like trash place. They should focus on maintaining the surrounding clean
